Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BOOKING EXPECTATIONS
CLIENTS REQUIRE A TOUCH UP SESSION 7-10 WEEKS AFTER THE INITIAL PROCEDURE FOR DESIRED RESULTS.

You may now cancel and reschedule your appointment online
Please notify me immediately via PHONE CALL or TXT if you need to cancel your appointment after 48 hours
Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to cancellation policy
MULTIPLE RESCHEDULES THAT EXCEED THE 10 WEEK touch up PERIOD WILL RESULT IN AN UP-CHARGE OF $100
-I require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations after this time period will forfeit any retainer
-No call No shows and Non emergency cancellations the day of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee for that day, will forfeit any retainer and the ability to book online
No call No show- someone that does not show up to their scheduled appointment; does not communicate reason for absence. You are considered a no show after 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time.
Non emergency same day cancellations- someone that cannot complete their service due to a contradiction the day of receiving services that has not been approved prior to booking. (This includes following precare instructions, Botox, fillers, chemical peels etc. within 2 weeks, and previous pmu by another artist)
Also coming to your appointment showing signs of illness without prior communication will be considered a same day cancellation. You will forfeit your retainer, be asked to reschedule your appointment and your service will not be performed that day.
